CE Distributors has become the largest distributor of Tejano Music in the U.S. over the last 10 years. We are based in the heart of Tejano Music San Antonio, Texas and we supply independent retail stores as well as major chains. We also do fulfillment for some of the largest Tejano internet companies.

As we are aware that certain recording artists their product are simply not available through major Record companies. Our specialty is to make these product available to the public that otherwise would not be able to purchase since major labels don’t distribute this product. These days we have Tejano music fans who seek product that can’t find or rare recordings that can no longer find, we have titles from all the greats of yesterday and today as well.

Our catalog is filled with artists form virtually every genere, Norteno, Banda,Grupero, Pop, Reggaeton, Ranchero, but we specialize in Tejano, Conjunto, and Tejano Oldies music.

Our San Antonio warehouse stocks over 500,000 titles and shipments arrive daily at our docks. If a title you need is not in stock we will order it promptly and chances are that it will arrive within 10 days. Our fill rate is the best in the business and we are continually searching for ways to have our product arrive as quickly as possible.

BUYING POLICIES
Credit Card Security:
Your purchases are conducted via a secure network utilizing the latest encryption technology. We have contracted a leading e-commerce processor, sparing no expense to insure both your security and ours.
Credit Card Billing Information:
We will not accept and/or process orders that have conflicting billing and shipping information.
Credit Card Shipping Information:
We will not accept and/or process orders that have a different shipping address than the credit card holders billing address.
Privacy:
We will not share, sell or in any way exchange customer information with any individual and/or organization. This information will be used by us solely for the purpose of conducting an e-commerce transaction between us and our customer. Note: The only instance in which we will waiver from this policy is in situations where we are required by law enforcing authorities to provide information due to an alleged criminal activity and/or violation.
Shipping and Delivery:
To better serve our customers, we have made an improvement to our shipping & delivery policy. Please read carefully.
·Orders for 3 or more items are shipped "UPS Ground". The delivery timeframe for these orders is 3-4 business days to most domestic destinations.
·Orders for less than 3 items will continue to be shipped regular "UPS Ground". The delivery timeframe for these orders is 3 to 5 business days within the state of Texas and 5 to 7 business days outside the state of Texas.
Please bear in mind that the delivery timeframes are the best estimates posted by our carrier which is the UPS. These timeframes will vary during weekends and holidays.
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of "payment approval". This will vary on orders received over the weekend and/or holidays. Note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and shipments may be delayed due to carrier shipping and delivery work schedules.
Backorders:
At times, products ordered will be out of stock. These items will be shipped out as soon as our inventory is replenished. Usually, these items will be received and shipped out to customers within 5 business days.
Discontinued Items:
At certain times, labels discontinue items without adequate notification that would allow us to delete them from our catalog, before a customer places an order. In situations like these where a customer orders a discontinued item still posted on our catalog, we will notify the customer via phone or e-mail of the situation. At this point, the customer will have the option of either selecting a different item or requesting credit.
Return Policy:
We will accept the return of merchandise based on these conditions:
a. You must notify us via telephone or e-mail to request a return authorization number.
b. Your request for a return authorization must take place within 48 hours of your receipt of the shipment.
c. The product you wish to return has not been opened or tampered with.
d. Once we receive the return and the above terms have been met, we will issue a credit on the product being returned, minus shipping and handling.
Note: After the 48 hour period, all sales will be final.
We accept the return of damaged and/or defective product based on these conditions:
a. You must notify us via telephone or e-mail to request a return authorization number (210) 432 6341
b. Your request for a return authorization must take place within 48 hours of your receipt of the shipment.
c. You must return the complete shipment. Example: If you received a damaged CD you must return the CD, graphic inserts and jewel case with tray.
d. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be honored.
e. Once the above terms are met, we will reship your new product at no additional charge to you, as soon as we receive your return.
Sales Tax:
We are a Texas based Company and as such, must add/collect sales tax for orders shipped within Texas state boundaries.
